KeyMacro is a very simple piece of software, yet it can be very useful. All that you need to do is to start it up and then press one of the 36 or more keyboard shortcuts on the keyboard.
You can set up as many shortcuts as you like. The downside is that you can only change your keyboard's shortcuts by using the KeyMacro software.
Once you have done that, the hotkeys can be used to perform an action on your entire computer by using only one keystroke. To use the hotkey, just press the key and a dialog box will appear to tell you what you can do with it.
KeyMacro is a great timesaver when you want to use one keystroke to perform multiple things. For example, if you want to change your desktop background, you can use a single keystroke to do that.
You can even run Windows Explorer and download files with a single keystroke.
