Send keyboard macros with a single keystroke.
KEYMACRO is a program that lets you send keyboard macros to several users at once. You can do so by typing in a macro (a series of keys to be pressed) and designating the recipients (the people or groups of people) to whom the macro should be sent. The recipient can be specified by user or group name, or by email address.
Macros are stored in a specific folder, and can be sent on a scheduled basis or by using email or FTP access.
Email the macros
Email is used for sending a macro to all recipients at once. A macro can be sent by email to 1 to 50 recipients in a single message. There are six types of emails: Normal, Forward, Reply, External and To Email / CC Email.
Macro to Email
A macro can be sent to every user on the system (Macro for All users). This requires that you know the email addresses of all the users and can ensure that the email address is in the To email field.
The recipients can also be sent individually or as groups. To do so, you must first send a reply email to the macro's sender with a Reply to: message as the subject of the message. This reply email is sent to the email address specified in the macro.
Macro to Email CC
Macros can be sent to all the recipients (Macro for All users) and to every user of a group (Macro for All users of Group A)
Forward to Email
You can forward a macro to one or more recipients by sending a forward email to the macro's sender.
Forward to Email CC
You can send a forward email to all the recipients of a macro.
Macro to Ftp
You can send a macro to a remote ftp server. You can use a file on the ftp server as the macro. The address of the file is determined by specifying the path to the file in the macro.
Macro to Ftp CC
Macros can be sent to a remote ftp server by sending a forward email to the macro's sender.
Group Email
You can send a macro to a group of recipients by sending a group email to the macro's sender. There are three kinds of group emails: Normal, Replied and Group all.
